QHSE Policy

Atlas Battery Limited recognizes its responsibilities for the occupational Health, Safety & Environment of its employees, assets and Quality of batteries & services. The objective of our policy is to promote good health, high level of safety, meticulous care of environment and the manufacturing of best quality Batteries. At ABL identification, assessment and control of QHSE risks are of equal importance to the organization. In respect of its activities Atlas Battery Limited will:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, QHSE standards and other requirements to which we subscribe.
• Provide a safe and healthy work environment in order to prevent ill health and injuries by managing associated risks.
• Protect the environment and preventing pollution by continually improving resource utilization and waste management.
• Develop procedures, reporting and monitoring system with sole intent to protect the occupational health & safety of the employees, ensure better control on production processes and products.
• Provide appropriate information, training and resources to all employees and other interested parties to enable them to meet their QHSE responsibilities.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through operational excellence in products quality based on Quality, Cost & Delivery while remain vigilant on the occupational health, safety and environmental concerns of its employees, contractors and other interested parties.
• Improve its production processes to avoid unnecessary cost associated with wastage, rejection, rework or warranty claims.
• Adopt a forward looking view on business decisions in order to bring innovation in its battery quality and technology.
• Implement and maintain relevant management systems to achieve continual improvement in QHSE performance.
• Include QHSE performance in the appraisal of all employees and reward them accordingly
• Set and review annual objectives & targets designed to review the frequency and severity of work-related incidents.
• Manage QHSE as any other critical business activities.
• Create a culture in which ABL employees fully embrace and promote QHSE values in their daily lives.

• تمام قابل اطلاق قوانین، قواعد و ضوابط، کیو ایچ ایس ای اسٹینڈرڈز اور دیگر پابندیاں جو ہم پرلاگو ہوتی ہیں ان پر عمل درآمد کرےگی.
• کام سے منسلک بیماری اور جانی خطرات کو قابو کر کے ایک محفوظ اور صحت افزاء کام کا ماحول فراہم کرےگی .
• وسائل کے استعمال اور فضلہ کے انتظام میں مسلسل بہتری کرتے ہوئے ماحول کی حفاظت کرےگی .
• کام کے طریقہ کار،اطلاعات اور نگرانی کے نظام کو وضع کر ے گی جوکہ ملازمین کی پیشہ ورانہ صحت اور تحفظ میں معاون ہوں ، پیداواری مراحل اور مصنوعات کے کنٹرول کی ضامن ہو.
• تمام ملازمین اور متعلقہ فریقین کو مناسب معلومات،تربیت اور وسائل فراہم کرےگی جو انہیں اپنی کیو ایچ ایس ای سے متعلق ذمہ داریوں کو پورا کرنے میں مدد گار ہونگی.
• معیار ، قیمت اور فراہمی کی بنیاد پر مصنوعات کے معیار میں عملیاتی برتری کے ذریعے صارفین کے اطمینان کو بڑھائے گی، جبکہ اپنے ملازمین ، ٹھیکیداروں اور متعلقہ فریقین کی پیشہ ورانہ صحت،تحفظ اور ماحول سے متعلق خدشات پر چوکنّا رہے گی.
• اپنے پیداواری مراحل کو بہتر بنائے گی تاکہ غیر ضروری قیمت سے بچا جا سکے جو کہ ضائع ہونے والی اشیا٫، خارجی اشیا٫ ،مرمت یا وارنٹی کلیم سے منسلک ہوتی ہے.
• کاروباری فیصلے کرتے وقت جدید مستقبل کو سامنے رکھےگی تاکہ اپنی بیٹری کے معیار اور ٹیکنالوجی میں جدّت لا سکے.
• کیو ایچ ایس ای کی کارکردگی میں مسلسل بہتری کو حاصل کرنے کے لئے متعلقہ انتظامی نظام کو نافذ اور بر قرار رکھےگی.
• تمام ملازمین کی سالانہ کارکردگی میں کیو ایچ ایس ای سے متعلق کارکردگی کو شامل کرےگی اور اسکے مطابق ان کو نوازےگی.
• کام سے منسلک واقعات کی شدّت اور تعدّد میں کمی کے لئے سالانہ اہداف و مقاصد متعین کرےگی اوروقتاً فوقتاً نظرثانی کرےگی.
• کیو ایچ ایس ای کو دیگر کاروباری سرگرمیوں کی طرح اہم تصور کرےگی .
• ایک ایسی فضا کا قیام عمل میں لائے گی جس میں اٹلس بیٹری لمیٹڈکے ملازمین اپنی روز مرّہ زندگی میں کیو ایچ ایس ای کے اقدار کو مکمل طور پر اپنائیں اور اسکو فروغ دیں.
